BVMS CODE OF CONDUCT TO ALL PARENTS, STAFF, PUPILS AND STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL:

1.Every pupil/student must attend school regularly and punctually, except for illness or permission from the school authority.

2. School Gate opens by 7:00am each working day and closes at 4pm (Monday – Thursday) and 2pm on Friday.

3. No pupil/student is permitted to leave the school premises during school hour without permission from the HM or the class teacher.

4. Lateness to school is prohibited. Defaulters will be fined N1000.

5. School extra hours is between 4:15pm – 4.30. Only pupils/students on transport and those whose parents do not grant their consent to go home alone are exempted.

6. Attendance in the morning and afternoon assemblies is compulsory for every pupil/student. Irregular attendance and lateness are prohibited.

7. Pupils/students must be properly dressed and also comport themselves during and after school hours.

8. It is compulsory for every student to attend school programs/activities like sports, club meetings, fellowship, etc, promptly. Defaulters will be punished.

By registering with Brainville School, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms as stipulated below;
1. Prompt payment of school fees, NO SCH. FEES NO ENTRY into the school premises upon resumption.

2. You must direct all complaints to the school Headmistress or the Proprietor irrespective of the situation; failure to comply will lead to appropriate sanction (s).

3. Parents will not be allowed into the Classrooms except on OPEN DAY. 

4. Parents must not take any information from any staff of the school.

5. Parents are not allowed to see any teacher during school hours, if you must do ensure to be in school before the morning routine (Assembly).

6. Parents will be held liable for any damage done to their child's/ward's learning material when they are given home work.

7. Parents must ensure their child/ward is dressed in the right school uniform during the week.


PARENTS CONDUCT ON SCHOOL WHATSAPP GROUP:
You must not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or proper working of the school platform. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or sharing harmful or malicious content, spamming, and unauthorized access attempts in the school general group chat (Whatsapp). Also parents are not allowed to post any information on the whatsapp group without the prior notice of the group admins. Failure to comply may lead to remover from the group. Please be guided.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE:
In no event shall the platform owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

MODIFICATION TO SERVICE:
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.

TERMINATION:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Rules and regulation of the school or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
